This website is operated by HyperFlick.Pro ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting https://hyperflick.cc, creating an account, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before using our website.
Eligibility and account
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in your country of residence.
You may need an account to access purchases, downloads and license keys. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and keep your contact details, in particular your email address, up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse our services, or violate these Terms.
Products and digital delivery
Most of our products are digital goods, such as software, license keys, account credentials and downloadable files. Digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after your payment has been confirmed. Delivery details are sent to the email address provided at checkout and are also available in your customer dashboard on our website.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- Licenses and keys are granted for your personal use, on the number of devices or seats stated on the product page.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute or publicly post any product, license key or account credentials we deliver to you.
- Products may be subject to the license terms of the original software publisher or platform, which apply in addition to these Terms.
- Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided for information only and may be updated at any time without notice.
Orders, pricing and payment
Every purchase is a prepaid, one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically, and we do not store your card details: payments are processed by our payment providers.
All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or when the product is delivered, whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorised or unusual activity, errors in pricing or product information, or limits on quantities available for purchase. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment information you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total amount of your order. Orders paid with cryptocurrency are confirmed once the required number of network confirmations has been reached; the amount due is fixed at the time the invoice is created and underpayments may delay or prevent delivery.
Refunds
Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
HF Rank
HF Rank rewards what you spend at hyperflick.cc. Your rank is based on money paid for completed orders through checkout. Refunded orders do not count. A balance top-up counts once, when it is paid, and orders paid with balance do not count again. Gift cards and other payments made outside checkout do not count. Ranks do not expire.
Your rank discount is personal. It is a code locked to your account email and applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in. It works on eligible products only: the product page shows your rank line when a product qualifies, and Snowfall and account listings never qualify. It covers up to 7 orders per calendar month. It cannot be combined with any other discount and does not apply to balance top-ups.
Abuse ends your rank. Permanently.
The following is abuse:
- sharing, selling, renting or lending your rank, your code or your account;
- buying for other people, or letting other people buy with your email;
- reselling anything bought with a rank discount;
- splitting orders or using extra accounts to get around the monthly limit or any other rule.
We review rank orders for abuse, including the countries, networks and devices they come from. Whether an order is abuse is our decision. If we find abuse, we will, without warning:
- remove your rank and every rank discount on the account;
- reset it to Silver;
- remove you from the top-buyers board;
- block the email, Discord account and IP addresses involved from buying again.
We may also revoke keys bought with an abused discount.
Chargebacks. A chargeback or payment dispute on any order pauses your rank discount immediately. If you dispute an order you received, we will contest it with your order records, including IP address, device and delivery logs. We will also remove your rank permanently and block you from the store.
Ranks removed for abuse are not reinstated, refunded or compensated. We may change or end HF Rank at any time, and changes never affect orders already placed.
Third-party software
The software, license keys and accounts we sell are made by independent developers and sellers. They are not made, licensed, sponsored or endorsed by the publishers or operators of any game, and HyperFlick.Pro is not affiliated with them. Game names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to show which game a product is for.
Using third-party software with a game can break that game's terms of service and rules, and can lead to action against your account, including a suspension or a permanent ban. We do not promise that any product will stay undetected or keep working after a game update. You use everything you buy at your own risk, and you are responsible for following the laws and the game rules that apply to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or products:
- for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
- to submit false or misleading information, including at checkout;
- to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a product you received and did not return or report to us;
- to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code, or to interfere with the security or operation of our website;
- to collect or track the personal information of others, or to spam, phish or scrape our website;
- to resell, share or redistribute license keys, accounts or files delivered to you;
- to abuse HF Rank in any of the ways described in the HF Rank section above.
We may terminate your access to our website and services, cancel pending orders and revoke licenses or keys for violating any of these restrictions.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions and software, is owned by or licensed to HyperFlick.Pro or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described on the product page. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that third-party software or platforms will remain compatible with the products we sell.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperFlick.Pro and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights and liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.
Governing law
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide products to you are governed by the laws of the country in which HyperFlick.Pro is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of that country, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the date below. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
