Refund Policy

Digital products

Digital products sold by HyperFlick.Pro, such as software, license keys, account credentials and downloadable files, are delivered after payment is confirmed: license keys instantly, and products marked for manual delivery by our team after checkout. Because a digital product cannot be returned once delivered, all sales of digital products are final except as described below or where required by law.

We will issue a refund or replacement for a digital product within 7 days of purchase if:

  • the license key, account or file does not work as described and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time;
  • you were charged more than once for the same product by mistake;
  • the product was never delivered to you and we are unable to deliver it;
  • the product is materially different from its description on the product page.

Refunds are not available where a product has been used, activated, redeemed or shared, where the issue is caused by your device, software or account being incompatible with requirements stated on the product page, where a game publisher has taken action against your account, or where you simply changed your mind after delivery.


EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, you agree at checkout that delivery begins immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Your other statutory rights, including rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products, are not affected by this policy.


How to request a refund

To request a refund or replacement, open a ticket on our Discord and include:

  • the order number and the email address used at checkout;
  • the product concerned and a description of the issue;
  • screenshots or error messages where relevant, so we can investigate quickly.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Card and wallet refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded to a wallet address you provide, at the fiat value of the order at the time of purchase, less network fees where applicable.


Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks filed for products that were delivered and not reported to us may be contested with evidence of delivery, and we may suspend the associated account and revoke any licenses or keys while the dispute is open.
