Privacy Policy

HF.Pro ("HF", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the limited circumstances in which we share it. It applies to your use of the HF.Pro website and the Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

We collect only the data needed to deliver and protect the Service:

• Account data — the email address you sign in with. Login is one-time-code only, so we do not store passwords.
• Order data — the products you purchased, the time of purchase, and the order identifier issued by our storefront platform.
• License data — the License Key issued to you, its activation status, and the Hardware Identifier (HWID) it is bound to.
• Support and feedback — messages you send to support, and any reviews or feedback you submit.
• Technical data — limited request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

HF does not collect, process, or store payment card numbers, card expiration dates, CVV codes, bank account details, or any other payment instrument data. All payments are handled by our storefront platform and its payment processors under their own privacy policies.

We receive only the fact that an order was paid, the order identifier, and the customer email address. We do not have access to your payment method, and no payment method is kept on file with us.

We use the data described above only to:

• provision and deliver the Service (issue License Keys, bind them to your device, enable activation);
• operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• communicate with you about your purchase, your Account, support requests, and material changes to our Terms or this Policy;
• enforce our Terms and prevent abuse, fraud, or unlawful use;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for behavioral advertising.

HF.Pro uses a small number of essential cookies and browser storage keys to keep you signed in, remember your cart contents, and remember your selected currency. These are required for the site to work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Disabling essential cookies may break checkout and authentication.

We use hCaptcha (provided by Intuition Machines, Inc.) on our public contact form to deter automated abuse. hCaptcha may set its own cookies and read limited browser signals to verify that submissions come from a human. See hcaptcha.com/privacy for details.

When you activate a License Key, the Service binds it to a Hardware Identifier derived from the device you activate on. The HWID is used solely for license enforcement: to verify that the device using a License is the device you activated it on.

The number of permitted devices, transfers, and resets is stated at the point of sale. Attempts to spoof, manipulate, or evade the binding mechanism may result in suspension of the License Key without refund, as set out in our Terms.

HF works with a limited set of service providers to deliver the Service:

• Storefront and payments — handled by our storefront platform and its payment processors. They process your payment under their own privacy policies; HF receives only confirmation that the order was paid.
• Email delivery — login codes and transactional notifications are delivered through reputable email providers.
• Infrastructure — servers, content delivery, and security are provided by standard cloud infrastructure providers.

These providers act only on our instructions and only as needed to operate the Service.

We retain Account data and License data for as long as your Account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with our legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention obligations. Support communications may be retained on the same basis. Technical logs are retained for a limited period (typically up to twelve months) and are then deleted or aggregated.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including transport encryption, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure: you are responsible for protecting your Account credentials and for using a secure device.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channels listed on the Service. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to and is not available to children under 18, consistent with our Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact support and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on the Service with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will, where reasonably practicable, be notified to active subscribers in advance.
