Privacy Policy

Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how HyperFlick.Pro ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit https://hyperflick.cc, create an account or make a purchase from us.

The controller responsible for your personal information is HyperFlick.Pro. You can reach us through a ticket on our Discord or the contact form on our FAQ page.


What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Order and account data: your email address, name, billing details where applicable, order history, products purchased, license keys and download records, support requests and any messages you send us.
  • Contact details: email address and, if you provide them, phone number, Discord or other messaging handles used for delivery or support.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment, the payment method type, the last digits of a card or a cryptocurrency transaction identifier, and any fraud-screening results. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, language, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent, and similar diagnostic information collected automatically when you browse the website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies and browser storage the site needs to work, such as your sign-in session, your cart, your language choice and bot protection, plus basic visit statistics.


How we use your information and legal bases

We use your personal information to:

  • process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations, license keys and download links, and provide customer support (performance of a contract);
  • manage your account and your orders (performance of a contract);
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks and security incidents (our legitimate interests in protecting our business and customers);
  • comply with legal obligations such as tax, accounting and consumer protection laws (legal obligation);
  • improve our website, products and services and understand how customers use them (legitimate interests, or consent where required for analytics cookies);
  • send you marketing communications where you have opted in, which you can withdraw at any time (consent).


Sharing your information

We share your personal information with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary:

  • Payment processors such as card, wallet and cryptocurrency payment providers, who process your payment and screen for fraud under their own privacy policies.
  • SellAuth, the e-commerce platform that hosts this shop and processes orders, accounts and deliveries on our behalf as a service provider.
  • Email and delivery providers used to send transactional emails, deliver digital goods.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, if enabled and, where required, with your consent.
  • Authorities and other parties where required by law, court order or to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

We do not sell your personal information.


International transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision, as applicable.


Retention

We keep your order and account information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including to comply with tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Device and usage data is kept for shorter periods unless needed for security or fraud prevention.


Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request erasure of your information, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • receive a copy of the information you provided to us in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
  • restrict processing in certain circumstances;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by California law. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website.

To exercise any of these rights, open a ticket on our Discord or use the contact form, and include the email address used for your order. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within one month.


Children

Our website and products are not intended for children under the age of 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.


Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and payment processing by certified providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.


Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown below.
