The aimbot is the core of Eternal. Silent aim sends your shots to the target without snapping your camera onto it, and every part of it is adjustable:

For the smoothest run, set every graphics setting to Low, turn off DLSS and Lumen shadows and reflections, and keep Low Latency Mode off, since it crashes the game.
